Michaela has been hairdressing for over 20 years, she has travelled all over the world with her job and worked for some of the biggest names in the hair industry.
She specialises in all things colours, blondes and extensions.

Pete has 27 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, he has achieved so much in his career. Winning awards, presenting his work at industry events and entered and won many industry awards.
Over the passed 10 years he has switched his focus more on the business side of hairdressing, opening up his first salon in 2017.
Pete specialises in precisions cutting and colouring. He enjoys creating more lived in, natural colours that enhance clients own natural colour tones.
'I am a passionate, creative professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service. As an award-winning stylist, I have had the privilege of working and training with some of the best hairdressers in the industry, continually evolving my techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
Education has always played a massive role in my career; I am committed to refining my own skills and sharing knowledge with others in the future.
With West Mill Collective, I wanted to create a relaxed, welcoming, inclusive space that is so much more than just another salon. It has been 10yrs in the making and we are proud and excited to show you what we're about as a collective.'
Introducing Stylist
Lindsey is a colour specialist and has been in the hairdressing industry for 25 years. She takes pride in helping women feel confident & proud of their self image.
'I started at Jamilla Paul’s when I was 16, where I was taught everything I know. After having my two beautiful daughters, I became a freelance hairstylist working around being a mum and creating my own brand @hairbylindseyctaylor.
Moving to West Mill Collective Is my chance to take my brand further, and create a beautiful salon experience for my clients. Being able to work for myself in such a gorgeous environment surrounded by other incredible professionals is so exciting, especially for someone who has worked alone for over a decade.
I can’t wait to see where being a West Mill Collective will take me!'
Introducing Therapist
Lucy is an award winning therapist known for her perfectionism and eye for detail.
Lucy specialises in Permanent Eyebrows and Lip Blush and has trained with some of the countries best to perfect her Cosmetic Tattooing skills!
'I know the confidence that Permanent Makeup can bring to a person – I see the reaction everyday when I show my ladies the finished results, therefore I know how important it is to get your look right! I offer a range of different techniques to give you the Eyebrows and lips you have always desired.

Introducing
Victoria offers all aesthetic treatments and also specialist skin correcting facial treatments.
When she isn't in the salon she is still a practicing pediatric nurse.
So you can be rest assured your in safe hands with Victoria.

Jodie has been in the beauty industry for 7 years and is trained in everything from nails, full-body massages, Indian head massages, spray tanning, eyelash extensions, to microblading.
However, she definitely found her niche in eyelash extensions, which is now her main focus!
Recently, she decided to level up her skills and complete her hairdressing qualification, she has also completed an extra course in hair extensions.
'I’m always learning new ways to make you feel amazing—whether it’s with a fresh set of lashes or a new hairstyle!
I can't wait to welcome all my clients, into the new salon space. I am accepting new clients for Lashes, Brows, and all hair services and hair extensions.
